Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. By proceeding to pay a deposit/booking fee you agree to be bound by these conditions.

When booking with Rikkea Wainohu Makeup, you are required to pay a 20% non-refundable booking fee to secure your desired date and time. Your booking fee will automatically be deducted from the total amount upon completion and payment of your appointment. Should you need to cancel your scheduled booking due to unforeseen circumstances with more than 7 days notice, your non-refundable booking fee will then act as a credit note for you to reschedule your booking to another date, subject to availability. Should you need to cancel your scheduled booking with less than 7 days notice, your 20% booking fee will be become forfeit and you will need to pay another booking fee to secure a new date and time. *This does not apply if you suffer the unexpected loss of an immediate family member, causing you to cancel your appointment. In the unlikely event that this does happen, your 20% non refundable booking fee will then act as a credit note toward a rescheduled booking date and time of your choice, subject to availability. In the event of a natural disaster or pandemic, your 20% non-refundable booking fee will remain intact and will then act as a credit note toward a rescheduled booking date and time of your choice, subject to availability that falls in line with any government requirements surrounding COVID-19. Should you contract COVID-19, causing you to postpone your appointment, your 20% non-refundable booking fee will remain intact and will then act as a credit note toward a rescheduled booking date and time of your choice, subject to availability that falls in line with any government requirements surrounding COVID-19. Should Rikkea Wainohu contract COVID-19 causing her to cancel your scheduled appointment, she will be expected to exhaust all avenues in finding another makeup artist to fill her spot who offers a similar style of makeup. Should this be achieved then any monies paid outside of your non-refundable booking fee will be transferred to the new artist. Should this not be achieved then any monies paid outside of your non-refundable booking fee will be refunded back to you.

The above booking terms also apply to any Bridal booking. All bridal bookings must strictly be paid in full at least 7 days prior your wedding date.
